At Meadows Bee Farm, we believe that homesteading is the way to a healthy, vital future.
Toward this vision, we designed our YOUNG FARMERS PROGRAM to teach young people ecological farming & farm arts, all while encouraging healthful, nutrition-based eating. Our aim is to resurface traditional, real-life learning. In this grounded form of education, young participants account for their own progress, comprehending concepts & completing tasks to earn beautifully crafted badges, at three different levels, for over 30 different subjects.
Since launching our first program in 2012, Meadows Bee Farm now hosts over 750 Young Farmers and awards over 400 badges annually.
